Because I've been using deviantart for over 12 years now, but haven't uploaded anything in like 5, and I've just logged back in after a year (To thousands of missed submissions and messages)
I know tons of people are still here and get great use out of this site, new people coming in, seeing some old faces too, but its also feeling a little dated (new UI in all) and the nostalgia factor is strong, but I'm not 100% sure how I can continue using the site when I haven't even regularly used it in nearly a decade. I want to get back into it, maybe find some new inspiration. I'm just not too sure as to how I'll go about doing that though. We'll see.

I miss the days of crappy fanart and GIR on everything. But theres no going back

My mom was admitted to the hospital yesterday for chest pains. Turns out she had a blockage in her left arterial vein. I spent the whole day with her at the hospital while my sister worked and my dad watched my niece. She went in for an angiogram where the blockage was found, so a stent was put in. She's doing great really

September third. Back to class (On top of working full time) I should probably stop drinking so much now that summer is over.

So glad I'm not working for tips.
